Staying focused in peace

In these very challenging times, it is quite difficult to know where we are standing, and which way do we really want to go. Confusion takes over us making it quite impossible to know how to stay focused and calm. 

Does it seem like this to you?

In such times, I lower my restlessness by going to a quiet space, preferably under a tree or near a plant and feel in full faith the essence of AlhamdulilahThank you God. It doesn’t matter in which language you express these words;  as long as you immerse yourself in solemn appreciation, you will be able to remember that everything and everyone, including you, is divine.

We don’t have to like everything that happens. And surely, what might seem a tragedy can actually be a fortune. 

For example, imagine a storm coming to shake the favorite tree in your garden. You most definitely won’t like that the nesting birds might succumb to the fury of the storm as their eggs end up falling, becoming maybe the lunch of a passing pregnant cat. However, that egg that fell will be the proteins  that will nurture the life of the cat’s kittens,,,

The global stress we are all going through is taking a hard toll on us as we are being controlled through different fearful events:

  • Will I have to close my business?

  • Will the airport be open when I need to travel?

  • Will I be able to make it to the family reunion?

  • Will I stay healthy?

The temptation to judge and criticize as we feel like screaming “THIS IS NOT FAIR!!” will alter our nervous system into unbalance… and the more we judge the situation imagining the worst, the more  anxiety will rise. 

Deeply feeling the essence of the words Alhamdullilah, thank God, will keep you grounded. You will realize what it is that you want to do, and decide in clarity of mind. Once you have decided, as long as you stay in deep state of appreciation to what is, you will stay clear. You will be able to sing under the rain, and be a contagious agent of joy . 😊

Your divine vehicle is designed for you to navigate in this fiesta called life in the most remarkable manner.


 Help yourself and make sure you listen to your body.

  • Eat properly while listening to your body needs

  • Oxygenize your precious vehicle while mindfully thanking all your muscles, bones, and internal organs.

  • Keep your spirits up by enjoying the beauty of nature, and appreciating the fact that trees have and will forever provide us with oxygen as we will forever provide them with carbon dioxide.

In collaboration and cooperation, we will weave clarity and live in health, wealth, and well-being.

As I write these words in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, I hear the imams in all the surrounding minarets call for prayer  saying  Allah huwa Akbar.

Yes. Our Creator is the greatest and we are all divine creations of Source. AlhamdulilahThank God. No matter in what language or religion you say it, feel the essence as you say it. You will feel peace in your heart.

Stay blessed and remember to stay connected to Source by simply appreciating what is. It will guarantee your peace of mind and will transform you into an active agent the joy plan-demic.

In this clear and harmonious state, there is no need to achieve any more. We simply  create in constant motion as all the elements needed appear in front of us, just like all the elements needed for the orange seed to become an orange tree are  provided by Source.
